Frozen Niagara Falls

In 1911 the Niagara Falls froze up. I have lived in the western part of New York for a year and a half as a Missionary for the Mormon Church. And in that year and a half I lived in Waterloo, New York next to the finger lakes. Some of the small lakes like Lake Seneca freezes over in the Winter. And there are huge icicles under the boat docks too, so it is possible that Niagara Falls could freeze. It's up on the border of Canada and the United States and it gets down to negative degree temperatures.
